Think Big

Our vision is to be the global backbone of the autonomous enterprise. We are building the CX layer first โ€” hyper-localised AI voice for MENA and SEA. The rest follows. We hire people who can hold a large vision while shipping the next small thing.

Start Small

We did not try to be everywhere. We picked the hardest localisation problem in two of the most underserved markets in the world and went deep. MENA and SEA are not stepping stones to somewhere else. They are where the real problem lives.

Break Stuff

We run on first principles. Every process, every tool, every way of working gets questioned. Our OKRs do not track bugs as a failure metric. Shipping something, learning it is wrong, and rebuilding it is not a career risk here. It is the job. We do not point fingers. We fix things.

Move Fast

A typical enterprise AI deployment inside a bank takes two to three years. Arab Bank is one of the most established financial institutions in the region. We had to earn approval from their security, risk, legal, and technical teams โ€” in a compliance environment that had never reviewed anything like this before.

There was no blueprint. We built the reference point โ€” because we questioned every assumption about how long it was supposed to take, and kept iterating until it worked.
